25 December – Pre-Event Warm-Up (For early arrivals 15 + Banarasis)

Fireside casual dinner (expected 15 families)

Evening: Fireside Welcome Dinner

Expected: 15 families
A relaxed evening with

• Casual meet-and-greet
• Music, chai, winter vibes
• Kids play corner
• Optional ice-breaker round

26^th Dec: “Back to Where It All Began” – Arrival & Nostalgia

• Check-in at Hotel
• Welcome kits (badges, schedule, BHU-themed memorabilia)

Morning : Open for activities based on members arrived

Main programme

Afternoon

• 2:00 PM –  Boat or Cruise Ride (lunch in the cruise)
• 6:00 PM: Back to hotel

Evening – Informal Reconnect

• 7:30 PM: Open mic evening:
  • Introduction with family fashion show
  • Batchmates share old stories, fun incidents, med school pranks
  • Light musical night (batch talent dance, Kids show)
• 9:30 PM: Dinner under the stars followed by music

27^th Dec : “Past Meets Present” – Celebrations & Reflection

Morning – Faculty Reunion

• 8:00 AM: Breakfast
• 9:00 AM: Bus to Udupa Auditorium
• 10:00 AM
  • Welcome address by Dean/Principal
  • Felicitation of former teachers
  • Memory lane video (photos, interviews, old class pics)
  • Group photo at IMS
• 1:30 PM: Lunch with current faculty
• 3:00 – IMS BHU – Group Photo
• 3:30 Hostel Visit
• Return back to hotel 5:00 pm

Evening – Gala Night (IMS seniors & juniors invited)

• 7:30 PM: Dress code evening (ethnic or 90s throwback)
• 8:00 PM: Cultural program (music, dance, fashion show)
• 9:30 PM onwards: Dinner & DJ / dance floor open

28^th Dec : “Soul & Sunrise” – Reflection & Farewell

Early Morning

• 8:30 AM: Breakfast
• 9:30 AM : Informal Family games in the lawn
• 11:00 AM: Distribution of reunion souvenirs & memory books
• 12:00 PM: Lunch and check-out & departures
